This SLIDE SHOW was given to the Niebyl-Proctor Marxist Library Webinar on 2020.8.23. Building and repairing U.S. infrastructure and providing human needs require significant funding. These slides link the demand our communities have for government to provide for human needs to taking money from the gigantic military budget. Members of Congress consider acquiring Pentagon funding for their districts is a jobs program. Yet the same funding would generate significantly more jobs in areas of need, including manufacturing for a green economy, education and health care.
